Booking us and Pricing
We offer a bespoke service, designed to suit the individual requirements of our couples. So if you would like to let us know a bit more about what you have in store for your wedding day then please drop us a quick email so we can create a package suited to you.
We only take on a limited number of bookings per year. Please contact us to check our availability as we can get booked up quite quickly.
We require a deposit of 20% of the total fee to secure a date. Once we’ve got that, the booking is yours and the amount will be deducted from your outstanding balance.
We work on a first-come, first-served basis.
WHAT YOU GET
A pre-wedding meeting
(usually over a coffee about a month before the date itself). This is to get to meet you so we’re not strangers on the day and to chat in detail about any specific requirements you might have.
Two experienced photographers
This is very different to a single photographer who brings an assistant. An assistant may well be a second shooter, but will operate under the supervision of the main photographer. We offer two individual, experienced photographers. We both bring our own interpretations of your day and can operate completely independently allowing us to be in two different locations at the same time.
Digital files that are all individually carefully processed/retouched
These are supplied as high-resolution digital files on a USB drive.
Our editing process normally takes about 3–4 weeks, but can sometimes take longer during the summer months due to a higher volume of weddings. We understand that you’ll want your wedding photos as soon as possible and we do everything we can to get them to you quickly, but we put a lot of care and attention into getting each one looking its best and that takes time. Rome wasn’t built in a day.
A video
This is a little added extra we do for the couples we shoot. We run every shot taken on your day in a rapid chronological succession like frames of a video. Check out some previous examples here.
Travel expenses
We charge the going rate for milage as advised by the HMRC. If you’re getting married in exotic, far-off lands, we can come to you but we will need to factor in a fee for travel and any overnight accommodation we may require.
After the wedding
After the wedding, we will begin our editing process. We will edit down the thousands of RAW files we took to a selection that we feel best tells the story of your day.
After we’ve picked the initial shortlist, the processing/retouching begins. Each photo is carefully worked on by us individually (no quick-fix, batch-processing here).
After the first few days of processing work on the shortlist, we will send you an initial “sneak peek” selection. (This way you can have a few to choose from if you wanted to create bespoke Thank You cards or other similar things).
When we’ve finished working on your shots, we will send you the high-resolution digital files for print and also low-resolution versions for emailing/facebook etc. on a USB drive. We will also supply you a private link to an online album that you can share with family and friends.

PRINTS AND ALBUMS
We can arrange a variety of sizes of prints for you (framed or unframed). We can also supply you with a bespoke album in the form of a professionally designed and printed coffee-table book. Get in touch for more details.
